The first paper appears to be an ancient parchment -- quite moldy and yellowed.  Several parts are illegible.

....east of the village.  Many sacrifices were taken from the village and offered up to great Tsathogga at the shrine...(illegible portion) and the idol is believed to have been buried with the high priest.... (more illegible parts...).  After the paladins of Muir and their armies destroyed the shrine, most of the Lord of Filth's followers moved further south.
Little did the followers of Thyr and Muir know, but the Tsathar had founded a shrine to the Lord of Filth in proximity to their holy of holies; Abysthor's Rest and the Mines of Asthar Rho...
Asthar Rho was a mighty city and a bastion for the lawful humans, ruled by the priests of Thyr and defended by the paladins of Muir who made it their mission to attempt to foil the plans of both the lord of filth and the demon-lord of the undead.  These are powerful enemies to have and the horned one in particular refused to allow his minions rest until Asthar Rho had fallen and the ...(tear obscures several words) defiled it.
The once fair city has been destroyed.  Their shrines and tombs are defiled.  A mountain of fire disfigures the valley.  The tree dwellers and mongrels have made their home there.  A small village, built among the ruins, remains, but the people there are not followers of Thyr and Muir.
Tsathar's progeny now dwell in the once clear waters of crystal lake.  Yth's children wander the ruins, feeding on the mongrels and anything else they can catch.  The city is destroyed, but the tombs remain in the northeast section of the valley near the falls.  Many great treasures, including the earthsblood, can be found there.... (fragment ends here).

The second paper appears to be some notes in Cirdis's handwriting.

Asthar Rho --- location of the new shrine.  Return idol to Tsathar, Lokaug, for great reward.  The tombs can also be plundered.

Brundle works for the horned ones and requires the unknown password -- best, perhaps, to use another enterance.  Rest in the bandit village, travel west to the valley of the shrines, enter (rear enterance? climb valley walls?  Fly spell?), rest again at village and proceed to the tombs.

Watch out for Bullywugs, Tasloi.  Tasloi can be bribed.  Avoid snakeheads and horned ones at all costs.

The rest of the papers are maps, reproduced below.
